What data we process

When you submit the contact form, we process:

• The data you enter: first name and surname, email, city council or organisation and, if you provide them, job title, phone number and message.
• The reason for contacting us, the solutions you select and the language in which you use the site.
• Your IP address, to limit the number of submissions and protect the form against abuse.
• The information that Google reCAPTCHA collects in your browser to distinguish people from automated programs.

We do not use your data to send you commercial communications you have not requested, nor do we take automated decisions that affect you.

How long we keep them

• Contact requests: for as long as necessary to handle them and, if a business relationship begins, for as long as it lasts; then kept blocked for the applicable statutory limitation periods.
• Per-IP submission counter: ten minutes.
• Technical logs of rejected submissions (IP address and reason): 90 days.

Who processes the data on our behalf

We do not disclose your data to third parties, except where required by law. The following providers process it on our behalf as processors, under a data processing agreement:

• DigitalOcean, LLC: hosting of the site and its technical logs.
• Twilio Inc. (SendGrid): sending the email with your request to our team.
• Google Ireland Limited (reCAPTCHA): protection against automated submissions, subject to Google’s privacy policy and terms of service.

International transfers

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer is based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to [email protected]. If you consider that we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (www.aepd.es).
